Turns out I was using an outdated version of Ren'Py! My bad!! But I fixed my games and they a) should be playable again and b) not have any more pixelation issues!! Hooray!!

Hey! I need some examples for when I open up commissions, if anyones interested in some free art! 

I would treat it the same as I would a paid commission, you would have full reign over the image. I need a character reference, pose/expression description, whether you want an icon/halfbody/fullbody. Alternatively, I can do custom characters, which I would need a description of and/or a link to some images you like the vibe of, like a pinterest board or moodboard.

I'm opening up 2 slots for icons, 1 for halfbodies, 1 for fullbodies, and 2 for customs. 

Since these are being used for advertisement purposes I am not currently offering gore, eyestrain, NSFW, or kink art. I do typically take on these commissions however, so if that peaks your interest keep an eye out for when I open them.

I WILL draw: up to two characters, furries (preferred), humans, madness combat characters, ship art, selfship, pride art, props, 420

I WILL NOT draw: ferals, mecha, extremely complex designs, problematic relationships, hate art, complex backgrounds

IFFY on/ASK: object show OCs, reptiles

Ren'py Web still doesn't work on any browsers but Firefox, but hey! I added a small update to the game after over a year. I just added a new loading screen to replace the default Ren'Py one and replaced the games PNGs with WEBP files so hopefully it will run a little smoother. Again, if you want the smoothest experience possible I highly recommend downloading it for free on Itch!!

Hey! I'm a game developer who (at the moment) mainly uses Ren'Py to create visual novels. I have one game posted here, and although it used to function properly, it seems to be that as of now it is not working on Chrome browsers. This seems to be an issue with Ren'Py Web itself rather than the game's code and doesn't seem to be fixable.

My madness day game (This is You), along with another short kinetic novel never posted here (In Bloom) are both available for free over on my itch.io.

If anyone else who uses Ren'Py happens to have any info on how to fix this issue, please let me know!

If you're following me, you're likely familiar with a short little visual novel I whipped up for Madness Day 2021. This was my first ever attempt at coding anything and on top of that it was rushed to make the deadline, and it shows. Despite its programming flaws, stiff artwork, short playtime, etc- a lot of you still really, really enjoyed this little project of mine. It managed to get frontpaged, gave me a decent handful of followers on here, and still gets reviews almost every day. As of typing this, it's sitting at a good 32,000 views, 600 faves, 900 votes, and 250 reviews. That may not seem like a ton, but to me, that is... so much more than I ever expected.

Out of those reviews, a good handful of them are asking for a sequel or an extension of some kind. At first I was hesitant to add on to the game, but there's so much content I cut out either do to lack of time or skill. I have a bunch of free time to kill, so why not make a full version of the game? I have a few friends who are willing to help out, but in order to make this as great as it can be I'll need a few more helping hands on board.

We're looking for a few volunteers who have some experience with creative writing, coding in Ren'Py or Python, music writing, and art. If you're interested, feel free to either comment or send me a DM with an introduction and some examples of your work. Keep in mind that this is just a fun little project primarily being created by a few teenagers, so unfortunately we're unable to pay in anything but pride, glory, and your name in the credits. Sorry!
